Welcome back to Reconnect, the biweekly series that catches up with former MVPs and their current activities.
This week we are thrilled to be joined by none other than five-time titleholder John F Holliday.
Based in Florida, John is a seasoned information architect and full-stack software engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience, specializing in Microsoft's cloud, data architecture, business intelligence, machine learning, process automation, and collaboration platforms.
John counts deep knowledge and experience developing Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, SQL, Web and Desktop solutions with many years of hands-on expertise using C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, T-SQL, Node, Angular, React, PHP (WordPress) and other languages and tools.
First named as a Microsoft SharePoint Server MVP in 2007, John has also authored or co-authored several popular SharePoint development books.
Currently, John serves as the director of global advisory services at Lighthouse, an outfit that simplifies the complexities of e-discovery and information governance by the use of their intuitive technology solutions.
John is also the founder of the SharePoint Developer Network (@SPDEVNET), a LinkedIn group with more than 6000 members, which is committed to helping SharePoint developers find work and professional support.
Further, he is also the co-founder and executive director of Works of Wonder International, a not-for-profit humanitarian educational organization committed to improving the quality of life worldwide by empowering individuals and communities to overcome the debilitating effects of trauma and chronic exposure to stressful conditions.
