In March, Citrix completed its acquisition of Wrike, reimagining and reinforcing the future of what work means for more than 400,000 organizations. This year, the Wrike and Citrix Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are joining efforts to celebrate Pride Month together for the first time.

Over the coming months, we will welcome the Wrikers of Color and Women of Wrike ERGs to partner with Citrix’s 10 ERGs, which are focused on cultivating a sense of belonging and inclusion at Citrix. Each ERG supports an underrepresented group of employees to build safe spaces for members to support each other and educate allies.

We are especially excited to celebrate Pride Month together this year, because for the fifth year in a row, Citrix has been named a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). At Citrix we are continuously working to create an environment of belonging, where we all feel that we fit in, can take risks, and are empowered to contribute to the business as ourselves and to bring our authentic selves to work each day.
